First.Working Principle
The globe valav is a new type of valve widely used in recent years,which is mainly used to cut off,
distribute and change the flow direction of the medium in the pipeline.The closing principle of the globe valve is to rely on electric thrust to rotate the valve lever,so that the sealing surface of the valve disc and the sealing surface of the valve seat are closely fitted to prevent the flow of the medium.The globe valve has the advantages of reliable sealing,simple structure ,convinent maintenance,sealing surface and spherical surface are often in closed state,which is not easy to be eroded by the medium,and has been widely used invarious industries
Second.open procedure
1.In the closed position,the valve body by the mechanical pressure of the valve stem,tight pressure on the seat.
2.When the conter clockwose rotation of the handwheel,the valves stem is on reverse mtion,its bottom corner plsne makes the ball out of the seat.
3.The valve stem continues to lift,and interact with the guide pin in the spiral groove of the valve stem,so that the ball begins to rotate without friction.
4.Until the full open position is reached,the valve stem is raised to the limit position,and the ball is rotated to the full open position.
Third.Closing procedure
1.Close,turn the hand wheel clockwise,the stem begins to drop and make the ball valve the seat and atart to rotate.
2.Continue to rotate the handwheel,and the valve stem is acted by the guide pin embedded in its upper sprial groove,so that the valve stem and the gate rotate 90° at the same time.
3.The brake body has rotated 90°without contact with the seat when it is about to close.
4.The last few turns of the hand wheel rotation,the anqular plane at the bottom of the valve stem is mechanically wedged to compress the ball,so that it is tightlf pressed on the seat to achieve complete seal.
