The design principles for vacuum valves

Vacuum valve design principles should generally have the following points:

  1, the sealing performance of the valve should be good, not only the valve plate closed at the leakage rate should be small, and the valve body leakage rate should be small.

  2, the valve sealing parts wear resistance should be good, especially the valve seat and valve plate sealing parts should be able to repeatedly use, long life;

  3, the valve's permeability should be large;

  4, the valve material should have low saturated vapor pressure, high corrosion resistance and high chemical stability;

  5, ultra-high vacuum valves should be resistant to baking, baking temperature is generally not less than 150 ℃, the highest 450 ℃;

  6, the valve structure should be simple, beautiful and generous shape, switch light and flexible, switch state should be marked, large valves should be lifting device, easy to operate, easy maintenance;

  7, the valve parts processing technology should be good, advanced surface treatment technology, the valve connection flange should be in line with the national standards for vacuum flange requirements.
